Order Of Inca - Ball Info


Below is a list of rules and regulations for both guests & members of the INCA Ball & Dance. All rules were created to ensure quality and safety for all parties involved. Please observe them and let's party!

Costume de Riguer will prevail. No tuxedos and no turtle necks. Ladies dress will be formal and floor length. Dresses with extreme splits will be considered inappropriate attire. No pants dresses or tea-length dresses will be permitted. These dress codes will be enforced. Full dress military will not be allowed.

First dance reserved for Queen and Maskers. Second dance reserved for Associate & Honorary members and Maskers.

All guests are invited to dance the third dance prior to visiting rooms.

Do not request a pass out except in case of emergency.

All guests shall be at least 21 years of age.

Guests will be asked to leave at any time if not in proper attire.

Call outs will be in assigned auditorium rooms at 8:00PM

All maskers and call outs will leave rooms at 8:40PM to assemble for Grand March. All bars will be closed and this will be strictly enforced.

Dance starts promptly at 9:00PM.

All guests can enter auditorium through east or front doors. Spectators will be allowed to enter the auditorium in street clothes only. Children under 12 years of age, accompanied by an adult, will be admitted without spectator tickets.

No members allowed in balcony.

No drinks or smoking on dance floors.
